If your DIY Paint Protection Film Kit is unused, you can return it for a full refund. Just mail the kit back to us, and we’ll process your refund as soon as we receive it. We want you to be confident when you order and know that your 3M PPF kit is backed by an easy return policy.
How do I install the Paint Protection Film (PPF) Kit?
All the tools you need to apply your Paint Protection Film Kit are included right in the box. We also provide step-by-step instructions and short video tutorials that you can find on the Instructions tab of our website.
When will I get my order?
Most DIY Paint Protection Film Kits ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most customers receive their order within 3–5 business days after it ships. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your kit is on the way.

How much does shipping cost?

Yes! The 3M Paint Protection Film can be safely removed without damaging your paint. Just warm the film slightly with hot water or heat and peel it off slowly.

3M Paint Protection Film is designed to last for years of protection. With proper care, you can expect up to 5 years of durability depending on use and exposure for off-road vehicles
What surfaces can I use the PPF on?
You can apply your DIY Paint Protection Film Kit to any smooth, non-porous surface. Like boats, ATVs, side-by-sides, jet skis, and snowmobiles are all great fits.
Does the film heal scratches?
Yes! 3M Paint Protection Film is self-healing. Small scratches and swirl marks disappear with heat from the sun or warm water.
Will the film change the look of my surface?
No, 3M Paint Protection Film is crystal clear and nearly invisible once installed. It keeps your paint’s shine while adding a layer of protection.
Can I wash or wax my vehicle after applying PPF?
Yes! You can wash or wax your vehicle like normal. Just wait 48 hours after installing the film before the first wash to let it fully set.
What is the warranty?
We warrant that all DIY Paint Protection Film Kits will be free from defects in materials and manufacture for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original kit and normal DIY installation.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication, or ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents or chips caused by physical impact or debris. This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
If adhesion failure occurs, we will replace the affected Paint Protection Film piece(s) one time. Labor costs for removal or replacement of the defective or damaged product are not included under this warranty.
